I came across Tracy Beitz with Mexico Real Estate Group 2 years ago while looking for a beachfront property in tulum. Tracy has been instrumental in guiding me toward a new pre-development condo called KAOBA. The construction and design turned out to be one of the best in the Tankah Bay beach area and it shows that the developer took a lot of pride into building this project. Tracy has been extremely helpful along the way with her inputs, recommendations and updates up to the final inspection which she conducted herself on my behalf, an extremely detailed and thorough inspection I may add. My experience has been nothing short of amazing considering I was not there monitoring all the phases of the development during that period but eventually my trust in Tracy and her company paid off at the end.

From first contact to buying a property, Tracy Beitz is literally one of the very best real estate pros I’ve worked with anywhere in the world. Tracy worked hard to understand our priorities and calibrate our interests into properties we could visit. She knew every corner (and many of the competitive deals done and in process) from Cancun to Tulum, and could educate us and steer us in the right direction. Tracy is all business, a tough negotiator and gets the deal done right.

Kim O’Connell is amazing! She was the best in assisting us with our transition out of the country. We talked to her months prior to moving and received us with open arms soon after arriving. We immediately got to looking at different units and she even suggested units we had not discussed and it turned out to be the best decision ever! She is so helpful in suggesting what is best for her clients no matter your situation. Her communication is 10/10 and provides everything in detail. While there can be a lot of uncertainty when purchasing real estate, Kim puts her all into providing you answers to the best of her ability.
